what should we wear?

The best outfits are the ones that make you feel confident and comfortable. I recommend neutral or earthy tones, soft textures, and coordinating colors rather than matching exactly. Layers, accessories, and movement (like flowy dresses or textured sweaters) photograph beautifully. Most importantly, wear something that feels like you—confidence always photographs better than chasing trends.

how do booking & payments work?

To reserve your date, a signed contract and retainer are required. The retainer amount varies based on the type of session and secures your spot on my calendar. The remaining balance is due as outlined in your contract.

i'm awkward in front of the camera- can you help?

Absolutely! Almost everyone tells me this before their session. My job isn't to make you pose perfectly—it's to help you relax, interact naturally, and enjoy the experience. I'll guide you every step of the way so your gallery feels genuine, effortless, and unmistakably you.

what if i need to reschedule or cancel?

Life happens, and I completely understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please reach out as soon as possible. Sessions rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice can typically transfer the retainer to a new available date. Cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments may require a new retainer to reserve another date. Full details are outlined in your session agreement.

where will our session be?

We'll choose a location that fits your vision and your story. Whether that's your favorite park, a downtown setting, your home, a mountain overlook, or somewhere completely unique, I'm always happy to recommend locations throughout Oregon and the Pacific Northwest.

how long will it take to receive my photos?

Most galleries are delivered within 2–3 weeks, with a few sneak peeks often shared much before then. Larger events, weddings, and branding projects may have different turnaround times, which we'll discuss before your session.

what if i don't see the session i'm looking for?

Every story is different, and not every session fits neatly into a category. If you have an idea that isn't listed, I'd love to hear it! Reach out, and let's create something that's uniquely yours

do you travel?

Absolutely! I'm based in Eugene, Oregon, but I love exploring the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Travel within the Eugene/Springfield area is included, while destinations outside the area may have a travel fee depending on location
